Website information and counts
Country and state email-contact figures are rounded inventory supplied by the business owner. They are separate from the broader three-million mixed email-and-phone contact total. A headline count does not establish a unique-person count, role-specific quantity or populated phone coverage. The exact selection is confirmed in your written quote.
Sample and enquiry tools
The free sample is the approved general USA CSV: 100 rows and 50 original columns. Public previews mask contact values. The general sample does not establish the contents of every state, country or role selection. Brief planners create a local draft; only submitting the contact form sends your enquiry. The website does not take an automatic payment or reserve contacts.
Before payment
Agree the audience, geography, quantity, included fields, format, price and permitted use in writing. Where a displayed quantity price uses a competitor reference, it applies to the stated reference scope and is not a promise that every requested selection has that price. Ask for a matching sample and the verification details relevant to your selection.
Delivery and updates
The agreed file is delivered as CSV within one day after payment. Seven days of free updates are included. Monthly source maintenance describes how the source is maintained; it is not a promise of ongoing free updates to every purchased file. The written offer identifies the delivery arrangements and the updates applicable to your order.
Incorrect data and file issues
Incorrect data is addressed with replacement data. Send the order or quote reference and a limited example of the issue to our support mailbox so it can be reviewed against the agreed scope. Confirm the reporting process and applicable remedy terms in your written offer; no blanket refund or accuracy percentage is stated on this page.
Use rights and outreach
The written file agreement defines permitted use, sharing and any resale restrictions. Browsing the website does not grant a licence to a paid dataset. An email address or phone number does not itself establish consent for a campaign. Check the requirements and platform rules relevant to your intended use.
Verification and results
Email checking uses our own tool. Request the check date and results for your file. No inbox-placement, response, revenue or sales outcome is guaranteed by a recorded email, source status or sample observation.
