Real Estate Email List uses the information you submit to provide sample access and respond to enquiries. This notice explains the website’s current forms and planning tools.
Who to contact
This website operates under the trading name Real Estate Email List. For privacy questions, email contact@realestateemaillist.com. Please identify the request or email address involved without sending unnecessary personal documents.
Free sample requests
When you submit the sample form, we record the entered email address, request time, sample version and purpose in private server storage. The form unlocks the approved 100-row USA CSV in your browser and queues a notification to our support mailbox. A delayed notification does not block the download. Entering an address does not verify its ownership and does not subscribe it to marketing emails.
Server-side sample request records are retained for 30 days and removed by the running application’s cleanup task. Notification emails are separate copies in the support mailbox; the server cleanup does not remove those emails. Contact us about a copy you want reviewed or removed.
Contact enquiries
The contact form sends your name, reply email and message to contact@realestateemaillist.com through Hostinger SMTP. Your address is used as Reply-To so we can answer. A sent confirmation means the mail server accepted the message; it does not mean a team member has read it. Enquiries remain in the support mailbox for handling. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or an entire contact database.
Essential cookies and browser storage
The sample form and download use essential HttpOnly cookies with a 15-minute lifetime. The contact form uses a 30-minute security cookie and a 10-minute submission-receipt cookie. These protect form submissions and access; they are not advertising cookies.
The market explorer saves selected state codes in your browser’s local storage. Brief planners prepare a draft locally. Choosing Send this brief for a quote transfers that draft through this tab’s session storage into the contact form, then removes the transferred draft. Creating, copying or downloading a brief does not send it to us; submitting the contact form does.
You can clear state selections in the explorer or clear this site’s browser storage and cookies. Clearing sample cookies ends the current download access. Contact-form messages already submitted are not deleted by clearing your browser.
Hosting and service providers
Hostinger provides website hosting and email transport. Serving the site involves technical request information such as IP addresses and request headers; the application also uses IP addresses temporarily for request-rate limits. This build includes no advertising tracker or third-party analytics script. Hosting and email systems may keep separate technical logs.
Contact data and privacy requests
Sample access information and records in a contact dataset are different. For a question about a professional contact record, use the data correction and removal instructions. Include only enough information to locate the record and explain your request. Requests are reviewed manually; this website does not automatically erase records when a message is sent.
