What does the approximate 3M figure represent?
Approximately 3 million broader real estate contacts with email, phone or both. It is not 3 million email addresses. The separately supplied USA email inventory is approximately 1.7 million; exact scope and unique-email totals are established for the selected file.
Are agents, brokers and property managers the same audience?
No. These describe different professional or business roles, and one person may fit more than one segment. Define the role you need and check how the file handles overlap.
Can I choose a state, city, county or ZIP?
You can specify those requirements in your brief. Matching availability must be checked. An office address does not necessarily describe a professional’s complete service area.
Does the sample contain real contacts?
Yes. The sample contains 100 actual supplied USA records. Public previews mask names and contact values. Enter your email on the sample page to download the original CSV; confirm a matching sample for other selections.
How many emails will my list contain?
The answer depends on geography, roles, duplicates and email availability. Total records, unique people, unique emails and recently verified emails should be reported separately.
Does verification guarantee inbox placement or a response?
No. It is a check made by a particular method at a particular time. It cannot guarantee later mailbox validity, inbox placement, consent or a reply.
What does a blank field mean?
That value is unavailable in the supplied file. It should not be interpreted as a negative answer, inactive license, missing membership or a confirmed absence of that attribute.
Are licenses and NAR membership included?
Only if available and agreed for the selected data. A real estate agent is not automatically a REALTOR® member. License jurisdiction, status and check date need separate confirmation.
What are the prices and update terms?
Published packages show their quantity and price; other selections require a written quote. Source data is updated monthly; we deliver the agreed CSV within 1 day after payment, include free updates for 7 days and replace incorrect data. The written quote explains the issue process. Can I buy a list here now?
No. Checkout and sales delivery are not connected. The planner prepares a brief you can copy or download on your own device.
Can an agency resell or share the data?
No resale or client-sharing rights are granted by this preview. A future agreement must expressly define who may use a file, service-provider processing and any client work.
How do I ask about data rights?
